Refund policy

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (unless otherwise stated). Items must be in unused, original condition and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping will also be fully covered by Crown Eyewear.

• Items not returned in their original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error)

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide detailed instructions and a return authorisation for your package.
